Joyful July! On the menu this week… kohlrabi! Most of you’re unfamiliar with this wildly standard veg (in Europe) .  It is a member of the cabbage household and it is so scrumptious and versatile.  Kohlrabi slaw, sliced uncooked, and even nice grilled!  As foodies, we love good meals. However as farmers, we wish to develop meals that’s good for you too! Kohlrabi is a powerhouse veg full of nutritional vitamins and vitamins…you simply cannot get any higher. 

Good meals, good well being, good life!

IN THE BOX…

Kohlrabi
