Maia Garby (she/her/hers) is the Spring 2025 Graduate Analysis & Schooling Intern at OFRF. She has a analysis background in regenerative and natural agriculture, having labored as a discipline researcher with Minnesota’s Regenerative Agriculture Alliance to research the soil well being impacts of typical vs. built-in perennial crop/poultry manufacturing methods within the Higher Midwest, after which as a full-time analysis technician for Utah State College’s Crops, Soils, & Local weather Division, the place she was concerned in a number of research assessing soil carbon sequestration and natural compost software in dryland agricultural methods. Maia has a Bachelor’s in Environmental Biology from Carleton School and is at present pursuing a Grasp’s in Sustainability, with twin specializations in Company Sustainability & Innovation and Sustainable Meals Methods via the Harvard College Extension College.
