Carl Strathearn is a researcher focused on creating assistive social humanoid robots with embodied AI techniques that seem, operate, and work together like people. He believes that creating practical humanoid robots is important to humanity because the human face is essentially the most pure interface for human communication, and by emulating these situations, we are able to improve accessibility to state-of-the-art know-how for everybody and help individuals with particular well being situations and circumstances of their day-to-day lives.
